Gecon Communication

Gecon Communication is located right at the New Colony More Chowk on Old Railway Road. If you are looking for us, we are very close to the Raj Mahal Hotel, which is the big landmark everyone knows around here. Being near the chowk means it is always noisy with horns and people shouting, but it brings a lot of people past our door. The shop itself is a straightforward setup for a communication business. We have some display units for phones and a counter where we take in repairs. The walls are painted a simple off-white, and we have a few posters of old phone models that have been there for years. There is a lot of foot traffic from the hotel and the railway road, so we are kept pretty busy from the moment we open the shutters. The floor is tiled but some of them are cracked from years of people coming in and out. We keep a cooler of water in the corner for anyone who needs a drink in the heat. It is a bit of a hectic spot because of the location, but we like being where the action is. Most days are spent dealing with screen replacements or fixing software issues for people who are just passing through the chowk on their way to work. It’s a fast-paced environment but we have gotten used to the rhythm of the road.
