We operate out of a flat in Sector 23, Rohini, right in Pocket 1. It’s a residential area, so it’s pretty different from being in a big commercial building downtown. We’ve turned Flat No. 20 into our workspace, and it works out pretty well for us. Most of our days are spent handling orders and talking to people over the phone. Since we’re in Delhi, the summers are really tough, so the air conditioner is usually running all day long. We don't have any big signs outside, so most people have to look for the flat number to find us. It’s a simple setup with a few computers and some boxes stacked in the corner. We spend a lot of time checking on shipments and making sure things are moving like they should. It’s not a glamorous job, and there’s always a lot of dust that blows in from the street, so we’re constantly cleaning the desks. We like being in Rohini because it’s a bit more relaxed than the center of Delhi, though the traffic on the main roads can still be a nightmare. We’re just a small team working out of this space, doing our best to stay organized and get through the daily list of tasks. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat, which is nice. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation without any big corporate frills or complicated systems. We keep things pretty simple around here for everyone.
