You can find us at Flat No. 96, Sector-3, in the Type-Iv quarters of Sadiq Nagar. Being in this part of New Delhi is actually quite nice because it feels a bit more like a residential area than a commercial hub. Our residency is basically a place where people can stay when they are visiting the city. We aren't a massive hotel with hundreds of rooms and a 24-hour concierge. Instead, it’s a more personal setup. We spend a lot of our time making sure the rooms are tidy and that the guests have what they need for a comfortable stay. Since we are in a flat, it feels more like a home, which I think people appreciate. We handle all the check-ins ourselves and try to make sure everything is working, from the water heaters to the air conditioning. Sector-3 is a decent place to be, and it’s usually easy enough for people to find us once they get into Sadiq Nagar. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who look after the place. Sometimes things break or we have to call a plumber, but that’s just part of running a property. We don't use any fancy booking systems that are too complicated. We just keep a simple ledger and talk to our guests like regular people. It’s a quiet life here and we just focus on keeping the place running for whoever needs a room.
