Our place is at C-195 on Gali No-8/1, right on Thana Road in Bhajan Pura. If you know Bhajan Pura, you know it is one of the most crowded parts of New Delhi. The street is always packed with rickshaws and people moving about. We are right in the middle of all that noise. The office isn't very big, and it’s usually stacked high with boxes and packages waiting to go out. It’s a bit of a maze inside sometimes. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure things are loaded onto the trucks correctly. It’s a lot of physical work and it gets very dusty because of the main road. The fans are always humming to keep us cool, but it’s still pretty warm in the summer. We don't have a fancy waiting area or anything. It’s a working warehouse and office. We’ve been here for a long time, so we know all the local shopkeepers on the gali. Sometimes the rain makes the road a mess, and that slows everything down, but we just keep moving. We aren't trying to be a big corporate hub. We are just a local branch doing our part in the logistics chain. It is busy, messy, and loud, but it is what we do every day without fail. There's usually a truck idling outside and someone shouting about a delivery.
