Gateway Bpo

Gateway Bpo is located over in Shahdara, specifically at 1/10053 West Gorakh Park. We’ve been in this part of Delhi 32 for a good while. The office is right in the middle of a busy residential and commercial mix. It’s not a fancy building, just a regular place where we have our computers and phones set up. We spend most of our shift with headsets on, talking to people and typing away. It can get a bit loud in here when everyone is on a call at the same time. We don’t have a lot of extra space, so things are pretty tight. We’ve got our desks pushed together and a small area for taking breaks. Shahdara is always moving, and we are part of that daily grind. We aren't a big corporation with lots of rules; we just try to get the work done as it comes in. There’s usually a stack of files that needs attention. We don't really do much in the way of decoration. It's a very practical workspace for us. We just focus on the tasks we are given and try to stay on top of the queue. It is a simple life here in West Gorakh Park, just working hard and keeping the business going day after day. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. It’s just a normal job in a busy town.
