Gateway Bpo

We are located at 28/1 Devi Lal Nagar in Gurgaon. If you know Gurgaon, you know how fast it’s grown, but our little corner feels a bit more grounded. Gateway Bpo started out as a small idea and now we are here, sitting at our desks with headsets on for most of the day. It’s a lot of typing and talking. My name is Sunil, and I’ve seen this office change over the last couple of years. We aren't one of those massive BPOs with thousands of people in a glass building. We are smaller, more like a local team. The office can get quite loud when everyone is on a call at the same time, but you get used to the hum of voices after a while. We deal with all sorts of customer questions and data work. Some days the internet gives us trouble, or the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. That’s just life in Devi Lal Nagar. There’s a small shop around the corner where we all get our snacks, and that’s pretty much where we spend our breaks. Gurgaon has all these massive skyscrapers, but our street feels more like a real neighborhood. Our office space is a bit cramped when the afternoon shift arrives, but we manage. We don't have a fancy lobby with a fountain. It's just chairs, desks, and computers. We try to keep the place cool during the summer, but the AC struggles.
