Gateway Bpo

We are based out of unit 309 in the Dwarkadheesh Apartment building. It’s over in Sector 12, Pkt-2, which is a decent part of Dwarka. It’s a bit unusual having an office in a residential complex, but it works for us. We spend most of our time on the phones or handling emails. You can usually hear the hum of the computers and people talking all at once. It’s a BPO, so the clocks on the wall don't always match the time outside. Sometimes we are here when the rest of the building is sleeping. The security guards at the gate know us pretty well by now since we come and go at odd hours. We have a small kitchen area where we make way too much coffee to stay awake during the night shifts. It’s not a huge space, just enough for the desks and the server rack in the corner. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs instead. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice when we really need to focus on a task. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. If you walk in, you’ll just see people with headsets on. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but the AC holds up mostly. We’ve been here long enough that it feels like a second home, even with all the wires and cables running everywhere on the floor.
