Gateway Bpo Pvt Ltd is located at 455 Baljeet Nagar. It is right in the middle of a very busy neighborhood in New Delhi. If you have ever been to Baljeet Nagar, you know how the streets are—lots of people, narrow lanes, and plenty of activity. Our office is a simple setup where we handle various back-office tasks and phone work. It is not one of those big glass buildings you see in the business districts. We just have a few rooms filled with computers and headsets. The noise from the street can be a bit much sometimes, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We usually have a small group of people working here, mostly just local staff from the area. The air conditioner struggles a bit in the peak of summer, but we keep it running as best we can. We do not really do any marketing or have a big sales team. Most of the work we get comes from people we have worked with before. It is just a regular small business trying to keep up with the daily grind. We spend our days answering calls, typing up reports, and making sure the internet stays connected. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay organized.
