We’re located in Ghaziabad, specifically at A-32, Flat S-3 in Ambika Palace II. It’s out in Shalimar Garden Extension II, which is a bit of a residential area. Gateway Bpo (P) Ltd. is our name, but to the neighbors, we’re just the people in Flat S-3. Working out of a flat makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a huge office block. We’ve got our setup here with the computers and the phones. It can get pretty loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s the nature of the work. Shalimar Garden is a busy spot, lots of families and small shops around. We usually go out to the local market for lunch. The building itself is just a regular apartment complex. Finding us can be a little tricky if you’re not used to the way the extensions are laid out. We don't have any big corporate banners or anything like that. It’s just a small team of us trying to keep things organized. We handle a lot of calls and data entry. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. Sometimes the elevators in the building act up, so we end up taking the stairs. We aren't trying to be some big, intimidating company. We’re just a local business operating out of a flat in Ghaziabad. It’s simple, it’s a bit crowded, but it’s where we do our thing. We just focus on the daily tasks.
