Gateway Bpo (P) Ltd.

Our place is over at B/C-84 West in Shalibagh. It is a decent spot in New Delhi, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare if you arrive late in the morning. Gateway Bpo (P) Ltd. is basically a bunch of us sitting at computers handling different tasks for people who are not in the building. The office has that specific smell of old paper and electronics that you find in most BPOs. We have some chairs that probably need replacing soon, but they do the job for now. Working in Shalibagh is nice because there are plenty of small stalls nearby to grab a quick snack or a tea during the afternoon slump. We do not have a fancy website or a marketing team telling people how great we are. We just show up, log in, and get through the pile of work assigned for the day. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all have to wait around for a bit, which is just how it goes sometimes. The walls are a plain off-white color and we have got some calendars pinned up to keep track of the weeks. It is a straightforward environment without any of those modern office perks you see in movies. We just focus on the data entry and the back-office stuff that keeps everything else running behind the scenes for our clients. It is simple work, but it keeps us busy.
