Ganga Beach Resort

Even though our name is Ganga Beach Resort, we are actually located at B-780, MIG Flat in Shahdara. We are over on the East of Loni Road side of things in New Delhi. It might seem a bit odd to have a resort name in a residential flat area, but that is where we operate from. We handle all the bookings and the planning for the resort from this office. It’s not a huge space, just a typical flat that we’ve turned into our workspace. There are usually a couple of us here answering the phones and dealing with the computer work. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside on Loni Road, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have any fancy brochures or a big sales team. We just talk to people and tell them what’s available. Most of our work is behind the scenes, making sure everything is ready for guests elsewhere. We’ve been in Shahdara for quite a while now. The office is full of files and notes about different trips. It’s a bit of a lived-in space, not some sterile corporate office. We just get on with the day’s work and try to stay on top of all the messages. If you’re looking for B-780, we are right there in the MIG flats. It’s a simple, honest setup for us. It’s mostly just making sure the paperwork for the resort stays in order.
