Gandhi Electronics

Gandhi Electronics is tucked away in Paschimpuri Pocket 1 at number 839. It’s a local shop that’s been part of the area for quite a while. Paschimpuri is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone else, and being at 839 makes us part of that. The shop itself is pretty modest. We have our shelves filled with various electronics and parts. I spend most of my time at 839, either talking to customers or trying to organize the stock. It’s a one-man show some days, which can get a bit overwhelming when things get busy. I didn't want a big corporate career, so I started Gandhi Electronics instead. It’s honest work and it keeps me connected to the people in Pocket 1. The address 839 isn't hard to find if you know the area, but we get the occasional person who gets lost in the pockets of Paschimpuri. My day starts with a cup of tea and opening the shutters. There’s always something that needs fixing or a customer looking for a specific part. It’s not a polished business with a marketing budget. We just rely on people knowing where we are. The shop has seen better days, maybe, but it’s got character. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, right here in Paschimpuri. It’s a simple life, and Gandhi Electronics is at the center of it for me. It works for me.
