We’ve been running Galaxy Tours And Travel out of our spot at 9/336 Sec-3 Rajineder Nagar for a while now. Most people around Shahibabad know where we are. It’s a busy little office in Ghaziabad. We spend most of our time looking at maps and booking tickets for people who want to go somewhere else for a bit. It’s just us here, answering phones and trying to get the details right. Planning a trip is a lot of work, and we see people come in stressed out about their holidays. We try to help with that. Some days are quieter than others. We handle local trips and sometimes stuff further away. The office isn't fancy, just a regular place with some desks and computers. If you live in Rajineder Nagar, you probably pass by us when you're out doing your errands. We like being part of the neighborhood. Travel is always changing, so there’s always something new to figure out on the computer. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we get things done eventually. It’s a small team here, just a few of us making sure everything is booked. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the area over the years. People stop in just to ask questions sometimes. We don’t mind. It’s just how things go at a local travel shop. We keep the paperwork organized as best we can.
