Galaxy Telecom is located over in Paschim Vihar, specifically at Lal Market 18/A-1. If you know the market, you know it can get pretty packed, especially on the weekends. My shop is one of those places where there is always something going on. I started this because I knew a bit about phones and people always needed help with their connections. The walls are lined with various covers and screen guards that I’ve tried to organize, though they often end up in a bit of a mess by the end of the day. 18/A-1 isn't a huge space, but we make it work. I remember when we first moved in, the door wouldn't close right, and we still have to give it a bit of a kick sometimes. People come in for all sorts of things, maybe a new battery or just to ask why their internet isn't working. I don't have some big corporate philosophy. I just open the shutters, turn on the lights, and see who comes in. Sometimes it's quiet and I just read the paper or look out at the street. Other times, three people are talking to me at once. It is just a normal part of life in Paschim Vihar. We have been in Lal Market long enough that the tea stall guy next door knows exactly how I like my chai. That’s the kind of place this is.
