Galaxy Hotel

Galaxy Hotel is located right in Gurgaon. It’s a busy city, so there is always something going on outside our doors. We’ve been operating here for a while, mostly dealing with people coming in for work or just passing through. The building is what it is—a place for people to sleep and get some food. We don't have a lot of fancy talk about what we do. Our staff just shows up, cleans the rooms, and makes sure the front desk is covered. It can get pretty hectic when a lot of people check out at once, but we manage. The lobby isn't huge, but it's enough for people to sit for a minute while they wait for their keys. We see all kinds of people here. Some stay for one night, others stay for a week if they have a project nearby. We try to keep things simple and avoid making a big deal out of things. If something in a room stops working, we send someone up to fix it as fast as we can. It’s just a regular hotel. We don’t have those big glossy brochures because we’d rather just spend the time making sure the beds are made and the water is hot. It’s hard work sometimes, especially during the wedding season when Gurgaon gets really packed. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs. It’s not always easy, but we’ve been here long enough to handle the daily rush.
