Galaxy Hotel Gurgoan

Even though the name says Galaxy Hotel Gurgoan, we are actually located at Sfs 345 Golden Juplee Apprtment Pocket10 Scet.11 Rohin Delhi 85. It is a bit of a mix-up with the name sometimes, but this is exactly where we are found. We have rooms and we look after people who need a place to stay in this part of Delhi. It is an apartment setup, so it feels more like a home than some big cold hotel. We spend our time cleaning rooms, changing sheets, and making sure the guests have what they need for their stay. It is a lot of physical work and being on your feet most of the time. The Golden Juplee area is usually quiet enough, which is good for the people staying here. We don’t have a big lobby with a fountain or anything like that. We just have clean rooms and a door that locks. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or a light bulb goes out, and we have to jump on it right away. We talk to the guests like regular people because that is what we are. We don’t use scripts or fancy greetings. If someone is hungry, we tell them the best place to eat nearby. It is just about providing a decent spot for someone to sleep for the night without any extra fuss or worry. We have been here for a while and know how it goes.
