Galaxy Hotel (Gurgaon)

It might be a little confusing to some, but even though the name is Galaxy Hotel (Gurgaon), our office is actually located at H/No 311, Sector-3, Type-3 in Sadiq Nagar, New Delhi-49. This area is mostly government housing, so all the buildings look pretty much the same. We operate out of this house, and it is a very quiet neighborhood compared to the rest of the busy city. We do not have a big neon sign or anything like that out front. It is just a regular residence that we have turned into a space for our administrative work. Inside, we have converted a couple of the rooms into offices. There are some big filing cabinets, a printer that seems to jam once a day, and a few desks pushed together. We handle all the behind-the-scenes stuff for the hotel from here. It is mostly just making phone calls, updating our spreadsheets, and checking on the status of different bookings. Sadiq Nagar is a nice place to work because there are plenty of trees and the whole vibe is much more relaxed. We usually have tea together in the middle of the morning, and we spend a lot of time talking about the weather or the traffic. It is not a corporate setup with glass walls and expensive furniture. It is more like a home office where a few people work together to keep the business moving.
