Galaxy Hotel Gurgaon

So, we go by Galaxy Hotel Gurgaon, but if you look at our address, you’ll see we are actually located at F28 Lado Sarai in New Delhi. It’s a bit of a funny thing, having the name of one city but being physically in another, but that’s just how it ended up for us. Lado Sarai is an interesting neighborhood, kind of caught between the old parts of the city and the newer developments. Our place at F28 isn't hard to find if you know the area, but it’s definitely tucked into the local streets. We spend most of our time here managing things and making sure everything is running okay for the guests. It’s not a quiet place by any means; the sounds of the street and the nearby shops are always there. We don't have a big corporate lobby with marble floors or anything like that. It’s more of a practical setup. Usually, someone is at the desk, and someone else is probably out checking on things. We drink a lot of water because it gets so stuffy, especially during the monsoon months. People come through here from all over, and we just try to be helpful without being overbearing. We don’t really do the whole fancy greeting thing. We just say hello and get people what they need. It’s a basic way of running a business, but it seems to work for us. The neighbors are nice enough, and the local street food is actually pretty good.
