Galaxy (5Star Hotel-Shopping-Spa)

Galaxy is located at 10 / 33, on the first floor in Subhash Nagar, New Delhi. The sign says 5-star hotel, shopping, and spa, but our day-to-day is mostly about managing the details from our office here. It is a busy neighborhood, and being on the first floor means we hear everything happening on the street. We handle a lot of different things, from booking rooms to looking after the spa schedules and the shopping side of the business. It is a lot of juggling. The office is usually filled with papers, brochures, and people trying to coordinate various services. We don't have a big corporate setup; it is more like a local hub where things get sorted out. The staff is local, and we speak the same language as the people walking in. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three things happen at once, but we just take it one step at a time. We don't use big words or fancy promises. We just try to make sure that when someone comes for a spa treatment or a stay, the paperwork is ready and the room is set. It is a practical business run by people who live nearby. We focus on the work in front of us and try to keep things running as smoothly as the Delhi traffic allows, which is a challenge itself.
