Gaba Telecom

Gaba Telecom is right on the Jahangirpuri Main Road. Being on the main road means there is always traffic and dust coming in. We have a lot of walk-in customers who are just passing by. Most of the work involves recharges and selling small things like data cables or earphones. We also do some basic repairs if the problem isn't too complicated. The shop has been here for a while, and the neighborhood has changed quite a bit over the years. We see people from all walks of life. Some are in a hurry, and others want to sit and talk while we fix their phone. We don't have fancy air conditioning, just a regular ceiling fan that keeps the air moving. On rainy days, the road outside gets quite messy, but people still come in. It’s a straightforward business. We don't try to sell things people don't need. If a phone is too old to fix, we just tell them. Our space is filled with boxes and old parts that we might need someday. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. Running a shop on the main road keeps us on our toes. You never know who is going to walk through the door next. We just keep the shutters up and wait for the day to pass. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do. It gets loud with the horns honking, but we are used to it.
