G4S

G4S is located at S-32 in Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. It’s a busy office where we handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff for security and services. You won't find anything too flashy here. It’s mostly desks, filing cabinets, and people on phones. We spend our days organizing shifts for the guards and making sure everyone has the right uniform and equipment. Rajouri Garden is a lively neighborhood, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. People come in all day, maybe looking for a job or asking about their pay. It’s a bit of a revolving door, really. We try our best to keep everything organized, but with so many people to manage, it gets complicated. Sometimes the computers are slow, or someone calls in sick, and we have to scramble to fix the schedule. It’s a lot of practical problem-solving. We aren't trying to sound like a big corporate giant; we’re just the folks in the office trying to make sure everything runs the way it’s supposed to. It’s hard work and the days are often long, especially when we’re dealing with paperwork. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand. It’s a straightforward environment where we value people who show up on time and do their bit. That’s just the daily life here at our Rajouri Garden branch, and it keeps us busy from morning until night.
