You’ll find us on Joshi Road in Karol Bagh, specifically at house number 763. If you know Karol Bagh, you know how crowded it gets, especially during the peak hours. Our place is more of a wholesale and retail point where we deal with various goods. The rooms are stacked high with cardboard boxes, and sometimes there’s barely enough space to walk through the aisles. We don't have any fancy displays or sales staff in uniforms. It’s just us in our regular clothes, moving boxes and talking to traders. We’ve been at this location for quite a while, and the building itself is an old one with high ceilings and heavy wooden doors. The air is always filled with the smell of cardboard and tea. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with transporters or checking if a shipment has arrived at the station. It’s a lot of manual work, checking lists and making sure the counts are right. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep the business running smoothly and honestly. Customers come in, we give them a glass of water, discuss the orders, and that’s about it. It’s a very traditional way of doing things, but it works for us. The noise of the street is always there in the background, but we don't even notice it anymore after all these years of working here.
