You can find us at Ashram Bhagwan Nagar, shop A-38. Future Communication is basically a small hub for mobile phones and all the little things that go with them. We spend our time looking at small screens and trying to figure out why someone’s device isn't charging or why the display went dark. It’s a lot of sitting at a workbench with tiny screwdrivers and tweezers. The shop is small, so we have to be organized, though sometimes cables end up in a bit of a tangle on the desk. We sell recharges and covers too. People from the neighborhood drop in to ask about the latest plans or just to get a new screen guard put on. We try to do those quickly so they don't have to wait around in the heat. Ashram is a busy area, so there’s a lot of dust that we have to wipe off the glass counters every single morning. It’s just me and a couple of others here most of the time. We aren’t a big chain store, just a local spot where you can get your phone looked at without much fuss. We don't use any fancy terminology. If a battery is dead, we just say it's dead. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it seems to work out for us and the locals. We mostly rely on people walking by and seeing the sign.
