We are set up on the ground floor of B-4 in the Parsvnath Paradise Colony. This is over in Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, and it’s a pretty lively spot to be in. Working at Fun Multiplexes Pvt Ltd means we spend a lot of time around movie screens and popcorn machines. It isn't always like the movies themselves; mostly it's just making sure the projectors are running and the floors aren't too sticky after a big show. We have people coming in from all over the colony and the nearby parts of UP. Managing a cinema involves a lot of moving parts that people don't see, like checking tickets and keeping the air conditioning at the right level so nobody complains. We are a small team here, and we mostly just focus on getting through the weekend rushes without too much trouble. Sometimes the lines get long and people get a bit impatient, but that’s just how it goes when a popular film comes out. We like being in this part of Ghaziabad because it feels like a real community. You see the same families coming back for every new release. We don’t have any big corporate speeches to give. We just open the doors, start the films, and make sure everyone finds their seat. It’s a practical business, and we do our best to keep things simple for everyone who walks into the lobby area after a long day.
