Fun Cinemas, Vikas Marg, New Delhi

Down on Indra Marg in Fazalpur, there is a building where we have our office on the second floor. It is A-534, right in the Mandawali area of New Delhi. We go by the name Fun Cinemas, Vikas Marg, New Delhi, even though our actual daily base is here in this specific spot. The office feels like a typical local workspace with a lot of papers stacked up and a few computers that have been around for a few years. It’s not very quiet because Mandawali is always full of life. You can hear the neighbors and the traffic all day long. We have a small balcony but mostly it just collects dust. The walk up to the second floor is a bit of a workout every morning. We usually start the day by cleaning the desks and getting the water bottles filled. It is just a handful of us working here. We don't have fancy meetings or anything like that. We just sit around and talk about what needs to be finished before the evening. Sometimes the internet is slow and we just take a break until it comes back. Being on Indra Marg is convenient because there are plenty of food stalls nearby for lunch. It’s a simple setup and we don’t feel the need to change much. We’ve been in this 110092 zip code long enough to know all the shopkeepers downstairs. It’s just a regular job in a regular part of town.
