Fun Cinemas Multiplexes

You can find Fun Cinemas Multiplexes at R-14 in the Rita Block, right by the Main Ket in Shakarpur, Delhi-92. It’s a busy part of town, and we’re right in the middle of all the action. We’ve got a few screens where we show the latest movies throughout the day and into the night. The building at R-14 has been around for a while, so it doesn’t look like those brand-new malls you see elsewhere. It has a bit of a lived-in feel, with some worn patches on the carpets and posters that have been up for a bit too long. We spend our shifts selling tickets at the little glass windows and making sure the popcorn is fresh. The lobby can get really crowded on the weekends when a big movie comes out, and it gets pretty loud with everyone talking at once. We don't have any fancy corporate stuff here; it’s just a local cinema where people from Shakarpur come to relax. Sometimes the projection booth has a small hiccup, or a seat is a bit loose, but we do our best to keep things running. It’s a lot of cleaning up after shows, sweeping up spilled popcorn and empty soda cups. We stay open pretty late to catch the last screenings. It’s a simple business, just giving people a place to watch a film and hang out for a couple of hours.
