Fun Cinemas / Essel Group

We are based over in Janak Puri, specifically in the B1C/32 B block. This part of New Delhi is pretty packed, and our office is right in the thick of it. Working with Fun Cinemas and the Essel Group means there is always something going on, whether it’s a new movie release or just the usual paperwork that comes with running things. It’s not all glamour and red carpets like people might think. A lot of it is just sitting at the desks, making sure the schedules are right and the projectors are working like they should. We have a small team here, and we’ve all been together for a while. The building isn't anything fancy, just a standard spot where we can get our heads down and work. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the crowds come in for the big weekend hits, but we like the energy. We don’t really use fancy language to describe what we do. We just make sure the films play and the seats are clean enough for people to enjoy their evening. It’s a lot of late nights and early mornings, especially when a big blockbuster comes out. We just keep the coffee going and try to stay on top of the tasks. It’s a regular job in a busy part of town, and we just keep it moving.
