Managing things between Shanghai and Delhi is definitely a challenge that keeps us on our toes every single day. We spend a lot of time on video calls and dealing with time zone differences that sometimes mean waking up very early or staying up quite late. Our Delhi office handles the local side of things, while the Shanghai connection is where the core of the machinery stuff happens. It’s a lot of back and forth, making sure shipping containers are on schedule and that the paperwork is all in order. Sometimes there are delays at the port or a holiday in China that slows everything down, and we just have to figure it out as we go. We don't have a giant headquarters with a fountain; it’s more about desks covered in technical manuals and export documents. In Delhi, the traffic often makes it hard for the team to get around, but we manage to stay connected through our phones. The machines we handle are quite heavy and technical, so there’s always something new to learn or a problem to solve. It’s not a glamorous life, mostly just logistics and checking specifications over and over again. We’ve got a mix of people who speak different languages, and sometimes things get lost in translation for a minute, but we always sort it out eventually. It feels like we are constantly bridging two different worlds, and while it's tiring, it’s what we do.
