Front Offiec Assistent

We’ve been at L-110B in Lajpat Nagar for a while now. It’s just a small spot where we handle basic office tasks and help people out with their paperwork. Most days it’s just us answering phones and keeping things sorted. Ghaziabad is busy, and we’re right in the middle of it. Sometimes the printer acts up or the internet gets slow, but we get through the day. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything, just a desk and some chairs where we get the work done. People stop by when they need help with stuff they don't want to do themselves. It’s a bit cramped in here with all the files stacked up, but we know where everything is. We started this because there was a need for some extra hands in the neighborhood. We don’t make a big fuss about things. If someone walks in, we just see what they need and try to handle it. The traffic outside can be pretty loud, but you get used to it after a few months. We keep the kettle going for tea and just keep moving through the pile of things on the desk. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do here in Lajpat Nagar. We’re usually here from morning until the sun goes down, just making sure the front office stuff doesn’t pile up too high for the people we assist. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to say hello while they’re out doing their shopping, and we don’t mind that at all.
