Front Office Supervisor

We spend most of our time here at the front desk on Tharagupillai Lane. It’s a busy little spot in Anuppandy, Madurai. People come in and out all day, mostly asking for directions or checking on paperwork. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going and try to stay organized. There isn't much to say about us other than we’ve been at No. 21/6 for a while now. The supervisor role isn't fancy. It involves making sure the logs are signed and people get what they need without too much waiting. We handle the phone calls too. Sometimes the lane gets crowded with bikes and people walking by, but that’s just how it is around here. We don't have a big fancy lobby, just a desk and some chairs. It’s mostly about getting the job done and making sure nothing goes missing. The neighbors are alright, and we usually know who is coming before they even step through the door. It’s a steady job and we try to do it right every day. If you look for the lane near the main road, you’ll find us easily. There’s no big sign or anything, just us working. We’ve learned to manage the chaos of the morning rush. Most days are pretty similar, but we like the routine of it all. We don't have a big website or a social media page. We just show up and do what needs to be done.
