Front Office Executive

We are located at WZ 573 in Naraina Village, New Delhi. This isn't a big corporate park or a high-rise; it's right in the heart of the village area. Our setup is pretty simple since we focus on Front Office Executive tasks. This means a lot of greeting people, answering the main phone line, and keeping the reception area looking somewhat tidy. Naraina Village has a very specific feel to it, with lots of small businesses and workshops tucked into every corner. It can be quite dusty outside because of the industrial areas nearby, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the desks. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website; we just sit at the front and help whoever walks through the door. It’s a very straightforward job. We have a small waiting area with a couple of chairs that have seen better days. Most of our day is spent coordinating between different people and making sure messages get to the right place. It’s a humble sort of work, but it’s important for keeping the day-to-day operations running. We like the fact that we are part of the local community here. It’s not polished or corporate, but it’s real and we stay busy from morning until evening. We just do what we can to stay organized in a busy environment and help the office run.
