Front Office Executive

This is the office of Sangeeta Rauthan, located at V.P. Office Bala Wala in Dehradun. We are right near the Khunkri Factory in Sainik Colony. It’s a bit of a different setting compared to the big cities. Dehradun is much more relaxed, and Balawala has a lot of greenery around it. The office is part of the local setup here. We handle front office duties and administrative tasks. It is a small place, very quiet compared to Delhi. You can hear the birds outside most mornings. We don't have a lot of high-tech equipment, just the basics to get the job done. People who come by are usually locals or people who have some business with the V.P. office. Being near the Khunkri Factory is a good landmark because everyone knows where that is. The address is easy to find once you get into Sainik Colony. We have been operating from here for a while now. It’s a very personal sort of environment. We know our neighbors and the people who walk past every day. It’s not a corporate hub. It’s just a small office where we manage things. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or slow internet, but that’s just part of life here in this part of Dehradun. We just keep things moving at our own pace. There is no rush or pressure here. It’s just how we do things. We keep the desk tidy.
