Front Office Executive Assistant

Our office is actually inside Veer Singh Malik’s house at House No-165 in Mashoodpur, Vasant Kunj. It is a bit different from a regular commercial building because it is a residential area, so it feels a lot more like a home. We go by the name Front Office Executive Assistant and we handle a lot of the basic administrative work that people need help with. It is mostly answering phone calls, sorting out papers, and making sure schedules are kept in order. Since we are in Mashoodpur, it is a bit quieter than the main parts of New Delhi, which is a nice change of pace. We have a desk set up with a computer and a phone, and that is where most of the work happens throughout the day. It’s a small setup, just a few of us working together to keep things organized. Sometimes the neighbors come by to say hello or the delivery guy gets lost looking for the house number, but that is just part of being in this kind of location. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to make sure everything runs smoothly for the people we assist. It is a straightforward job, and we like the fact that it doesn't feel like a cold, grey corporate office where nobody knows your name.
