Front Office Assistant

We work over here near Thana Nagphani at the Punch Moradabad intersection. It is a busy spot in U.P. and mostly we just deal with people coming through the door all day. The office is small but we keep things moving. I spend a lot of time on the phone or just greeting visitors who need help with paperwork. It gets noisy outside because of the traffic near the police station but we are used to it by now. We have been in this part of Moradabad for a while. Mostly it is just about managing the front desk and making sure messages get to the right people. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out but that is just how it is here. People stop by for different reasons and we try to point them in the right direction. It is not fancy work. It is just keeping things organized and helping folks who walk in. The address is easy to find if you know where the Nagphani area is. We don't have a big sign or anything but locals know the building. Every day is a bit different depending on who shows up at the desk. We keep a register and handle the mail that comes in for the different departments.
