Friendly Telecom

Friendly Telecom is right at 677 Chowk Bawli, 6 Tooti, in the middle of Paharganj. This is a very lively part of the city, especially with all the travelers coming and going from the nearby station. Our shop is small, and we mostly focus on mobile phones, recharges, and fixing small electronics. We get a lot of walk-in customers who are just passing through and need a quick fix or a local SIM card. The area outside is always loud with people shouting and rickshaws honking. Inside, we just have a few glass counters and some stools for people to sit on while they wait. We don't try to look like a high-end boutique. It’s more of a practical place where things get done. Sometimes we stay open a bit later if there are people still around the 6 Tooti area. We’ve seen a lot of shops come and go in Paharganj, but we’ve managed to stay at this address for a good stretch. We don't use any complicated systems. Everything is handled across the counter with a bit of conversation. It can get pretty cramped in here when three or four people are waiting, but we make it work. We’re just a local business trying to help folks stay connected while they navigate the busy streets of Delhi. We don't need anything fancy, just our tools and a place to sit. It works for us and our customers.
