This place is tucked away in Sector-8 of Jasola Vihar. The full name is Frescco-Italian Restaurant Of Dabur Groups, but most people just know us for the food we put out. Our address is 16/G, and being in New Delhi-110025 means we see a lot of different people coming through. It is an Italian spot, so the kitchen stays pretty warm. You can usually hear the sound of pans clanking and the chefs talking over each other. It’s not one of those quiet, stiff places where you’re afraid to drop a fork. We try to keep things relaxed. The tables are set up so people can actually talk without shouting, but it gets lively on the weekends. Working here involves a lot of prep work in the mornings, chopping vegetables and getting the sauces ready before the first customers show up. Jasola is a decent area to be in, and being part of the Dabur Groups gives us some backing, but on the ground, it’s just us running the floor.
