We are based out of A-1-B 123-B in Paschim Vihar, right here in New Delhi. This place is mainly about moving things from one point to another. It’s a logistics setup, so there are always papers to sign and trucks to keep track of. The office isn't much to look at, just some computers and filing cabinets filled with shipping manifests. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers or checking on where a particular crate has ended up. It can be a bit stressful when a shipment is running behind, but we just keep at it until it arrives. People usually come to us because they have something heavy or complicated they need to send somewhere else. We’ve been in this part of Paschim Vihar for a long time now. The street gets crowded with delivery vans sometimes, which can be a pain, but we manage. We handle the local stuff and some of the bigger hauls too. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just checking numbers and making sure the labels are stuck on right. We don't use any high-tech gadgets, just some old-fashioned hard work and a lot of patience. If you need something moved, this is where we do all the planning and tracking. We try to keep the coffee pot full because the mornings start pretty early for us to make sure everything stays on schedule for the day.
