Freight Forwarders

Our office is located at C 719 in New Friends Colony. It’s a nice enough part of New Delhi, though the traffic on the main road can be a real headache during the morning rush. Being in the freight forwarding business means things are always moving, even if we are just sitting at our desks. There are always boxes coming in or papers that need signing for some shipment going out. We deal with a lot of numbers and schedules. The office itself is pretty plain. We have a few old filing cabinets that squeak when you open them and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. But it functions. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we are mostly focused on making sure the cargo gets where it needs to go. It’s a lot of coordination with drivers and warehouses. Sometimes things get delayed at the port and we have to spend the whole afternoon on the phone trying to figure out why. It is not always exciting work, but it is steady. We have a small tea stall just around the corner where we usually go when we need to step away for ten minutes. It’s just us doing our bit to keep the trade moving from this little corner of Haryana and Delhi. It gets the job done.
