Freelancing

I’ve been doing this freelancing work from my place here in Dhakk Village for some time now. The address is 149-F, and I’m staying with Ram Singh Chauhan. It’s near the New Chaupal in G.T.B. Nagar, which is a place most people around here know. My setup is pretty basic, just a desk and a computer in a room that gets a lot of light in the morning. Sometimes the neighborhood gets a bit noisy with kids playing or people talking outside, but I’ve gotten used to it. I don't have a big company or a team of people. It’s just me handling whatever projects come my way through the internet. Life in Delhi 09 is okay, though the internet can be a bit spotty when it rains heavily. I spend most of my day typing away or looking at the screen, then I go for a walk near the Chaupal to clear my head. It’s a quiet way to earn a living compared to the big offices in the center of the city. I don’t have fancy business cards or a secretary to answer my calls. If someone needs to find me, they usually just ask for the house near the old meeting spot. I take things one day at a time and try to finish my work before the sun goes down so I can relax a bit. It is not always easy working alone, but I manage.
