Freelancer

I am currently staying in Room 119 at the Chandrabhaga Hostel. It is part of the JNU campus in New Delhi. Living in a hostel means space is pretty tight. I have my bed, a small desk, and my laptop. This is where all my work happens. I have been here in Delhi for a bit now, balancing my own projects with life on campus. The hostel can be noisy with students talking in the hallways, but I have gotten used to it. I do not have a big company name or a fancy office suite. It is just me and my computer. The weather in Delhi is either too hot or too cold, so I am usually huddled near the fan or a small heater. I do my own thing and work for different people whenever projects come up. It is a bit of an unpredictable way to live, but I like the freedom. I do not have any corporate goals or mission statements. I just want to finish my work and maybe find some good food at the canteen. Being in a place like JNU, you meet all sorts of people, which keeps things interesting. It is a simple setup but it works for me right now. I just keep my head down and get the job done from my little room in the hostel. It is practical and it keeps me busy every day.
