Our place is located right near Bada Mandir, specifically at 1981 Shri Ramesh Chand Saxena in Moradabad. It is right there on the Pakwara side of things. Most people know the landmark, so finding us isn't too much of a headache usually. We call the business Free, which sounds a bit different, but it is what we settled on. The building has been here for quite some time now. My uncle used to talk about how this area changed, but for us, it is just where we show up every morning. We deal with whatever comes our way, mostly just talking to people from the neighborhood. It is not a huge operation. We have a few desks and some old chairs. The phone rings a fair bit, sometimes it is the 0591-236001 number you might see on our cards. Usually, we are just busy with the day-to-day stuff that needs doing. There isn't any big secret to how we run things, we just try to be fair and get the work done. The street outside gets pretty loud in the afternoons with all the bikes and carts going past the mandir. We usually close up when the sun starts going down, or whenever the last task is finished. It is a simple life here in Moradabad, nothing too flashy, just a small business trying to keep things moving along for the local folks who stop by and need something from us.
