Free Lance Consultant

I work as a Free Lance Consultant out of an office at E-13 in Green Park Extension. It’s a nice, leafy part of New Delhi, and it’s a bit quieter than the main commercial districts. Being a consultant means my day is never really the same twice. I might be sitting here at my desk researching something for hours, or I might be out meeting people in different parts of the city. The office is pretty simple—just a desk, a good chair, and shelves full of books and files I’ve collected over the years. I don't have a big staff or a fancy lobby. When people come to see me, they usually just sit in the extra chair across from my desk and we talk through whatever problems they’re facing. I’ve lived and worked around Green Park for a long time, so I know the area like the back of my hand. I prefer this way of working because it keeps things direct and personal. There’s no corporate red tape to deal with here. I just take on projects that I think I can actually help with. It’s a quiet life for the most part, focusing on the work and making sure my clients get what they need. Green Park Extension is a good place for that kind of focus, and I’ve found it’s the right environment for thinking clearly about the tasks at hand each day.
