We've been at K 40 in Jangpura Extension for a while now. It's a busy part of New Delhi, but we like it here. People often stop by the office to talk or handle their paperwork. Most of the staff has been around for years, so we know the neighborhood pretty well. The 110 014 area has changed a bit, though. We just keep doing what we do every day from this spot. Franklin Templeton India is the name on the door. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular office where we get things done. Some mornings are quieter than others. Usually, by ten, things pick up and we're busy until late afternoon. Sometimes the traffic in Delhi makes it hard for people to reach us on time, but that's just how it is. We try to keep the desk organized. If you're walking around Jangpura, you'll see the sign. We aren't really into big advertisements or anything like that. Just a group of people working together in this building. It’s a solid location for us. We handle a lot of files and phone calls throughout the week. Sometimes the printer acts up, but we manage. It feels good to be a part of the local scene here in Delhi. Nothing too complicated about it. We’re just here working at K 40, day in and day out, making sure everything is handled the way it should be. We like the way things are.
