Frankfinn Institute Of Air Hostess Training

This is where we run the Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training activities, over at A-136 in Anand Vihar. We are located at Mrs S.B. Gupta’s place, which makes it feel a bit more like a home than a cold office. We’ve got students coming in and out, all hoping to get into the airline industry. It’s a busy house. We spend a lot of time talking about grooming and how to handle passengers. There are classrooms set up and we try to keep everything tidy, though with so many people around, it’s a challenge. The neighborhood in Anand Vihar is pretty active, so there’s always something going on outside. We’ve been here for a while now, and the neighbors know us. We aren't some big corporate campus; we’re just a local spot helping kids get their start. Sometimes the schedules get a bit messy, but we sort it out. We don't use big words or fancy promises here. We just show the students what they need to know and help them practice. It’s practical work. We’ve seen a lot of faces pass through these doors over the years. Some days are long, and the tea runs out fast, but it’s good to see people learning. We just keep the doors open and the lessons going at A-136 every single day for anyone who needs to finish their training.
