Our office is over in Sector 62, Noida, inside the Prangan Apartments. It’s a bit of a different setup being in a residential-style building, but it works for us at Franchise Management Co. Pvt. Ltd. We have a few rooms converted into workspace on the fifth floor. Being in A-504 gives us a decent view of the area, though it’s mostly just other buildings and the metro line in the distance. We spend our days talking to people about business setups and how to manage different outlets. It’s a lot of coordination. Noida is growing so fast, and being in Sector 62 puts us right in the middle of all the new developments. The atmosphere in the office is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits unless there's a really big reason to. Usually, it's just jeans and shirts. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea. Most of the time, the desks are covered in folders and notes. It’s a practical way to work. We’ve got a small team here, and everyone knows everyone else’s business. We like it that way. It makes the day go by faster when you’re working with friends. We don’t have fancy signs or a big reception area. You just come in and find someone to talk to. It’s a straightforward business. We just try to help people figure out their own franchise goals from our little corner here. The parking downstairs is a bit of a hassle, but that is just Noida for you.
