Our office is tucked away in West Gorakh Park Extension, specifically at house number 21/C. If you know Shahdara, you know it can be a bit of a maze back here. We spend our days talking to people who want to start something of their own. It is not always easy. We look at a lot of different business ideas and try to see which ones actually make sense for a regular person to invest in. There is a lot of paperwork involved and we spend hours going over contracts and details that most people find boring. We are not a massive corporate team with fancy suits; we are just regular folks working out of a quiet part of Delhi. Sometimes it is noisy outside with the local traffic, but we just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks. People come to us with big dreams, and we try to give them the straight talk about what it takes. We have seen plenty of businesses come and go over the years. We keep a lot of coffee in the pantry because the mornings start early. It is a lot of phone calls and sitting at desks, but it feels good when someone actually gets their shop open. We do not have a big marketing department writing things for us. This is just us telling you where we are and what we are doing every day at the office in Shahdara.
