Franchise India Holdings Limited

We are Franchise India Holdings Limited and our office is at H-7, Indian Oil Nagar, in Site II of Noida Sector 55. This part of Noida is a bit more residential and quiet compared to the big commercial hubs, which is nice for actually getting work done. Our building is part of the local landscape here, and we have been in this spot for quite a while. We deal with a lot of different business ideas and franchise setups, so there is always a lot of paperwork and legal stuff sitting on our desks. The office layout is pretty traditional with different sections for different departments, though we all end up talking over the partitions anyway. Sector 55 has some decent parks nearby where we sometimes go for a walk when we need a break from the screens. It’s a steady kind of place where people arrive at nine and leave around six, unless there is a big project finishing up. We do not have those fancy bean bags or gaming rooms you see in startups; it is just a regular office with desks, printers, and a water cooler that everyone gathers around. The commute can be a bit long for those living in Delhi, but the metro helps. We just focus on managing the different brands we work with and making sure the documents are filed correctly. It’s a lot of coordination and simple day-to-day management.
