Fox Restaurant,Gurgaon

We are over here in Gorakhpur, specifically in the Kunraghat area at 909, Avc. Even though the name mentions Gurgaon, this is where the daily work happens for us. The restaurant is a place where we spend a lot of our time in the kitchen or out front near the tables. Kunraghat is a lively part of town, and being at 909 means we see a lot of the local crowd. It’s not a fancy five-star place, just a spot to get some food. The morning starts with getting the supplies delivered and making sure everything is clean. We have a few staff members who have been here since we opened. Sometimes the weather in Gorakhpur makes it tough, especially when it rains hard and the streets get muddy, but we keep the doors open anyway. We don't have a glossy menu or a big PR team. We just cook what people like and try to keep the place tidy. The kitchen can get pretty hot during the lunch rush, and you can hear the pans clanking from the seating area. It feels like a real local spot because that’s exactly what it is. We know a lot of the people who come in by name. It’s honest work, serving meals to the neighborhood and making sure the floors are swept at the end of the night. It’s just us, doing our thing in this corner of Gorakhpur. It isn't anything more than a simple eatery for regular folks.
