Four Star Pizza (Usa)

You can find our shop, Four Star Pizza (Usa), over at 58 Bhim Coclony. It’s in the Palam Vihar area of Guargoan, which is a place that never seems to slow down. We spend most of our time in the kitchen, which gets incredibly hot when the ovens are going full blast. Making pizza isn't as easy as it looks, especially when you have a lot of orders coming in at once. The shop itself is quite small, so it’s mostly for people who want to grab their food and head home. We’ve got flour on our aprons most of the day and there is always the smell of baking dough in the air. We don't use any of those scripted lines when people call us to order. Usually, we just tell them how long it will take and write their name on a box. The street outside can get pretty messy, especially when it rains, but our delivery bikes still manage to get around. We’ve got a couple of regulars who come in every week and we know exactly what they like. The Bhim Coclony neighborhood is a mix of all sorts of people, and we enjoy being the local pizza spot. We don't have any big corporate mission or anything. We just try to get the cheese and toppings right every single time. It's a busy, tiring job, but we've been doing it for a while now.
