You can find us at 134 DDA Flats in Lado Sarai. It’s a well-known part of New Delhi, and we’ve been based here for quite some time. The office is basically just a flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s got a lived-in feel to it. We organize tours across India, which sounds exciting, but mostly it involves us sitting at desks and making a lot of phone calls to hotels and drivers. We have maps on the walls and piles of itineraries everywhere. Lado Sarai has its own character, with small shops and a lot of people moving around. We like being part of this neighborhood. Our team isn't very large. We’re just a few people who enjoy travel and know how to put a trip together. We don't use any fancy software, just the basics that get the job done. Sometimes we have to stay late to talk to people in different time zones, but we don't mind too much. There’s always someone making tea in the small kitchen. We don't have a polished reception area. If you come by, you’ll just see us working away on our laptops. We try to be helpful and honest about what we can do. It’s a simple operation, really. We focus on the details of the trips and try to make sure nothing gets missed in the paperwork.
